Return Process
Email your return request to hello@originalculprit.com and include the following:

1. Your order number
2. The item you'd like to return
3. Preferred date and time for collection
4. Mobile number

The pick up will be confirmed via text message. Once received in our warehouse, the team will QC the item, once QC is approved, you'll receive your refund

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.*

Non-Returnable Items
Items in sale or final sale, or items such as underwear or socks can not be returned after purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange items the above* must be in order prior to exchanging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a wrong or damaged item please email hello@originalculprit.com highlighting the issue with a picture attached.
Any items that have been returned to the warehouse and are deemed damaged/worn/dirty will not be eligible for refund. We reserve the right to return your item(s) back to you if they do not adhere to the above.
